• Delivery Areas: We offer delivery services within Australia. Free delivery is available for metro customers on orders above $150 (terms apply). For orders below $150 or outside metro areas, a standard delivery fee of $15 will apply.

• Delivery Address: Please ensure the address provided is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
